Don't shut up about it.

We need to have a revolution in our thinking and understanding of these disorders. If we develop a better understanding of the hormonal triggers that create this condition, we can begin treating it at that point. But we aren't there yet.

Until then, there are people who were like you were as a younger woman. They need help now--not in the future when it has gotten worse and more painful. If they get the most effective treatments earlier, it will, overall, be less expensive to treat them, and in another bonus to our capitalist ways, treated patients will have more years of economic productivity.

I know that what you are doing is hard, and if anyone thinks that you would do all of this if you could drink your way to health with smoothies, they are out of their minds, and I don't know that we have an effective treatment for that.
