Forgiveness is a great tool to have in your life tool kit.

I do think the Shasta County Sherrif does need to be held to account in some way because their lackidasical "we'll get to it" attitude meant that someone was allowed to be out and about commiting more crimes.

Having said that, I think what shocks me more than anything is how "grown up" Tera's classmates are. I have envisioned you all in some kind of mental amber where you are still teenagers ready to start your lives, and here you are moving on, doing things, and becoming who you are.
