Good luck with this! I like oat bran (cooks up very quickly, almost as fast as tearing open a fresh box of cookies) sprinkled with flax meal. I eat it with nuts and fruit. My husband adds a side of steamed edamame because the nutritionist recommended starting the day with protein to ward off hunger later.
