I am willing to stand in line and “overpay” at Starbucks as long as they provide access to healthcare for their employees.

Starbucks and their employees have provided me clean bathrooms and the coffee I need whenever I travel or have a lot of errands to run. Mark Bittman has provided me nothing. I am tired of seeing his name in print. The many accolades he receives are far in excess of any value provided.
