My husband can tolerate a much colder house than I can, so I have found a crocheted cap really helps me stay warm. I also really like the hot water idea. I drink coffee at restaurants for that reason; I don’t know why I didn’t think to use hot water when I’m not needing coffee, but I do need the warmth.
