The kinds of behaviors she engages in that are described as "mistakes"--like plagiarism--is the kind of behavior that can get you an automatic failure or expulsion depending on the cirucumstances.

Also, a genuine mistake is just that--a mistake. Stealing someone else's ideas or words and taking credit as if they are your own is not a "mistake." It's a theft compounded by a lie.

Unless Rachel Hollis comes clean about having built a brand on misdirection and lies, all people will learn from her is how to be a gaslighting liar.

I'm not 100% sure we need more of those in the world.
