What is truly astonishing is that their own well-being depends on Trump being ousted from office.

There are so many white people I know who voted for Trump despite the fact that they are several years away from being elegible for medicare and all have preexisting conditions (lots of cancer among the Trumpers) that will make them ineligible for health insurance once the protections of the ACA are gone. I cannot explain it except to say they are so racist, they are willing to die of cancer in support of their hate.
